BrewDrop is a dropshipping business. Some orders may be processed, packed, and shipped directly by third-party suppliers, roasters, warehouses, or fulfillment partners.
Shipping times shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on supplier processing, product availability, shipping carriers, customer location, holidays, weather, customs, or other delays outside our control.
Products in the same order may ship separately and may arrive at different times. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. BrewDrop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is significantly delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, customers should contact us at jgiustiortiz@gmail.com so we can review the issue with the supplier, carrier, or fulfillment partner.
