Brief Return Policy
BrewDrop accepts return requests for eligible unused, unopened, and non-food coffee tools or accessories within 7 days after delivery.
Ground coffee, consumable products, opened items, used items, final-sale items, personalized items, and hygiene-sensitive products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
Customers must contact BrewDrop at jgiustiortiz@gmail.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Returned products must be in original condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment processor, or payment method.
