2. Is BrewDrop a dropshipping business?
Yes. BrewDrop is a dropshipping business, which means some products may be processed, packed, and shipped directly by third-party suppliers, roasters, warehouses, or fulfillment partners.
3. What products does BrewDrop sell?
BrewDrop may sell coffee tools, coffee accessories, brewing equipment, ground coffee, coffee storage items, mugs, filters, grinders, pour-over tools, and related coffee products.
4. Does BrewDrop sell ground coffee?
Yes. BrewDrop may sell ground coffee and other coffee-related products. Customers should always review product labels, ingredients, storage instructions, and warnings before use.
5. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier processing, product availability, customer location, shipping carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
6. Will all my items arrive together?
Not always. Since BrewDrop uses third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, products in the same order may ship separately and may arrive at different times.
7. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may depend on the supplier, fulfillment partner, or shipping carrier.
8. Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation by contacting BrewDrop at jgiustiortiz@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. However, if the order has already been processed, packed, roasted, fulfilled, shipped, or sent to a supplier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
9. What is BrewDrop’s return policy?
BrewDrop accepts return requests for eligible unused, unopened, and non-food coffee tools or accessories within 7 days after delivery.
10. Can I return ground coffee?
Ground coffee, consumable products, opened items, used items, final-sale items, personalized items, and hygiene-sensitive products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
11. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact BrewDrop at jgiustiortiz@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue so we can review the problem with the supplier, carrier, or fulfillment partner.
12. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or unless otherwise required by law.
13. How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or payment method.
14. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. BrewDrop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
15. What if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?

BrewDrop does not guarantee a specific taste, brewing result, health result, energy level, or personal outcome. Coffee taste and brewing results may vary depending on the product, method, water, recipe, and personal preference.
17. Does BrewDrop provide health or medical advice?
No. BrewDrop does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, or health advice. Coffee products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
18. Are payments secure?
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. BrewDrop does not intentionally store full credit card numbers or full payment credentials on its own systems.
19. What currency does BrewDrop use?
Prices are listed in USD Dollars unless otherwise stated.
